It could be that there is an issue with some software and you need some help to work out how to resolve the problem, or it may simply be the case that although the software is actually working correctly you just can’t figure out some particular detail of how to use it. Either way, there is a good chance I’d be able to help.
Obviously meeting face to face is probably the best way to address such issue, but in some cases it may be more convenient to work with you on the problem remotely via video conferencing.
